What can I expect when ordering online from Lamplighter Publishing?
A: In order to provide you with the most secure and seamless shopping experience possible, our Internet Store is hosted by SiteLINK, a leading provider of e-commerce solutions. When you place an order, SiteLINK receives your order and holds it until we at Lamplighter Publishing access it and download it into our system. We download orders stored by SiteLINK at least once a day. After we have downloaded your order, our Internet Customer Service Team will send you a detailed order confirmation e-mail, which will provide you with current processing information. Also, you will be able to check the status of your order by clicking on the "Order Status" link at the bottom of the left-hand menu on the main page of our Internet Store. Again, these two confirmations will take place after we have downloaded and processed orders stored by SiteLINK. In addition to these procedures, our web development team is working on many new projects which will continue to provide you a secure and satisfying shopping experience.
Q: How long does it take to process my order?
A: We ship orders via UPS
to the continental USA daily Monday through Friday for delivery Monday through Friday.
Please call for interational or expidited shipping. It ususally takes 3-4 days to process and ship your order. We
ship all orders from our warehouse in Northeastern PA.

When can I expect to receive my order?
A: We
make every effort to ship your package within 3-4 days of your
placing your order with us. Generally states in the eastern region
of the country will see their packages in 2-3 business days from the ship date,
while states in the middle
region of the country will see their packages in 4-5 business days,
and states in the western region of the country will see their
packages in

Q: What is Lamplighter Publishing’s return policy?
A: Our Return Policy is a bit open-ended. Lamplighter Publishing will receive any return, regardless of time, asking only that the book be in resalable condition. The only exception to this would be if the item were damaged when it arrived to you. (i.e. damaged in shipping) It is obviously a guarantee that sets us up for possible abuse. We have found, however, that the vast majority of our patrons are honest people who won't take advantage of this guarantee, but instead will deal with us fairly. As long as that is the case, we will stand by our guarantee. Please call before returning books.
