			Alcoholism Hello, I was so moved by a prisoner's letter to Mark Hamby through Lamplighter Publishing that I wanted another person to experience not only his literature, but more importantly - the life changing grace of Jesus Christ. A person does not have to be behind prison bars to be held captive.  I was a slave to alcohol, and Jesus unlocked those chains from me almost a year ago.  Although I knew Christ, I had not asked and relied on His power which is available to all.  What ever you are chained to, your past, your sin, your mistakes, your regrets, your failures, or your fears - Christ can free you from it.  You just need to not rely on yourself and truly give it all to Him.  He's bigger than anything you've done, thought, or said.  He's covered it and taken car of it on the cross for you.
