Operations Manager
Lamplighter Ministries is a growing international nonprofit organization, headquartered in northeastern Pennsylvania, whose mission is making ready a people prepared for the Lord by building character, one story at a time.
Purpose:

Lamplighter is seeking an Operations Manager who will oversee all LLM staff operations including book production, shipping & inventory management, Web & Information Systems, financial management and marketing support.

Marketing Director
An individual who is naturally skillful in creative and strategic marketing. Along with embracing Lamplighter's mission, vision, and values, this person needs must be able to connect the Lamplighter "story" to a wide range of markets, potential markets, and ministries. This ability to connect and network must be a natural ability, demonstrated by their life…they love to tell their story…to everyone! This person is passionate about informing others of great things that can bring joy to life. This position does not require a residence in Waverly, PA, though it will require some time spent with the team. Residing in Waverly would be helpful, but is not essential.
Director of Development
An individual with a business degree, who has developed a biblical philosophy of financial stewardship that will attract supporting partners who believe in Lamplighter's mission and have a sense of belonging to the ministry. In essence, this person will attract others to tell their story and fulfill their mission through and with the Lamplighter leadership and staff. This position encapsulates five core values: to attract, to relate, to connect to vision, to engage, and to sustain community. This position does not require a residence in Waverly, PA, though it will require some time spent with the team. Residing in Waverly would be helpful, but not essential.
